- Right to retract

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has a period of fourteen days from receipt of the Product to exercise his right of withdrawal from the Seller, without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty, at the end of exchange or refund, provided that the Products are returned in perfect condition within 14 days of notification to the Seller of the Customer's decision to withdraw.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete allowing them to be re-shelved in new condition. Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products are not taken back. A letter must be added inside the package to express the refund request with the order number, name and date of purchase.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the Product(s) purchased and the delivery costs are reimbursed; the return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer. The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 14 days of receipt by the Seller of the Products returned by the Customer under the conditions provided for in this article.

For obvious reasons of hygiene: the accessories are neither taken back nor exchanged.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform STAYIN of your decision by an unequivocal written statement

The withdrawal period is respected if you send your letter informing us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal before the expiry of this withdrawal period.

- Refunds

In the event of a total refund of the order, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- Return request

For obvious reasons of hygiene: the accessories are neither taken back nor exchanged.

Once validated by us, it will be up to the customer to return the package to us at the following address: STAYIN 1 Cours Sextius 13100 Aix-en-Provence.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to exchange, we bear the shipping costs for the new order.

ATTENTION: The return period is 14 days from receipt of your package. If necessary, the return will be refused and returned to the sender.
