Return policy

  1. Download the Return Form:
    To initiate a return, please download our returns form by clicking on the link below.

  2. Filling out the Form:
    Carefully complete the returns form indicating the required information.

  3. Preparation of the Package:
    Carefully package the items you wish to return, including the returns form in the package.

  4. Return fees :
    Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  5. Sending the Parcel:
    Send the package to the address indicated on the returns form.

    Please note that returns must meet the following conditions:

    • You have 14 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return.
    • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with their original tags attached.
    • The items must not contain traces, animal hair or odor on the clothing (cigarettes, perfume, etc.).
    • For shoes, the sole must be intact without any signs of wear. We recommend trying the shoes on a carpet or clean surface.
    • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear and beauty products are not eligible for return.
    • If the desired size is not available, a credit will be issued for the value of the returned items.

    * In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has a period of fourteen days from receipt of the Product to exercise his right of withdrawal from the Seller, without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty, for the purpose of exchange or refund, provided that the Products are returned in perfect condition within 14 days following notification to the Seller of the Customer's decision to withdraw.

    Regarding the processing of returns, our approach is as follows:

    Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Refunds will be made to the original payment method or in the form of a credit, depending on your preference. Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Exchange Policy:

    1. Contact us:
      To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service at email address stayin13100@gmail.com quoting your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

    2. Exchange Confirmation:
      Our customer service team will respond as soon as possible to confirm the availability of the item or size you require.

    3. Return of the Item:
      Once the exchange is confirmed, we will send you a return label for the return of your package.

    4. Receipt of the Exchange:
      When we receive the item you are returning, we will ship the exchange item as soon as possible.
    Items you wish to exchange must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with their original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear and beauty products are not eligible for exchange. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please contact our customer service to check availability of the desired size. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an exchange or refund.

      Refund Policy:

      Refunds can be made in two ways:

      1. Reimbursement by credit card or PayPal:
        If you made your payment by credit card or PayPal, the refund amount will be credited to the same credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase.

      2. Reimbursement by Gift Card:
        If you used a gift card to make your purchase, the refund amount will be credited in the form of a gift card usable on our online store.

      Return fees: If you request a full refund of your order, please note that the return costs will be your responsibility. However, if you received a defective or incorrect product, the return costs will be covered by our company SNG.

        Postage Refund: When a full refund is made and postage was offered when you placed your order, these charges will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

        Items on sale, on promotions, or subject to a reduction with a promotional code cannot be returned.
